He Must Increase, part 2

What if I said I’ve had this latest design for over a month. It’s the simplest design, but hardest to release. This is the first in a series of designs that focus on me or things that I’ve dealt with. I originally thought God gave me this verse in a dream a couple years ago only because of a disagreement that I had with someone from church. While I believe John 3:30 would solve all of the conflicts I see around me daily, I now understand that God gave this verse to me in preparation for what was to come for me personally.

I was supposed to have been in a rebranding for over a year now and felt stuck. I realized that I couldn’t find a direction for a business if I lacked direction in my personal life.

And so the journey begins. I don’t believe in a long drawn out pity party or woe is me type of thing. But I do believe in authentic transparency. Ultimately, that’s what Ivan Ray’s is about anyway. It’s about connection. It’s about leaving people in a better position than how I met them. I believe in order for that to happen, I must decrease. And God must increase in my life. (John 3:30)
