Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

 

Please read all sizing charts/information before placing an order.

What is your return and refund policy?

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I want to exchange my item for something else.  Can I do that?

You can, however, you have 15 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We take pride in providing premium quality apparel and are confident that the item you will be receiving will be in outstanding condition.  

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?

As long as the shirt is brand new and unworn, yes, you can exchange it for a different size within 15 days of receiving your item. The new shirt has to be the exact same design in order to be eligible for exchange.

Shipping Info

 

All items are shipped within the USA using USPS for a flat rate of $8.  Once your item has shipped, you will receive USPS tracking information via email. Shipping fees are never refunded.

You are responsible for entering in the correct delivery address for your package. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again.

We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it, you can do the following: 

1. Check with your neighbors and family to make sure they did not receive your package by accident. 
2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to let them know you never received your package.
3. If you still have not found your package, file a claim with USPS by clicking on this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Please note there could be delays due to weather, holiday, or delays with USPS that we cannot control.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Typically, orders will ship out within 5-7 business days of ordering and will be shipped First Class Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days.
